Fire Fire Extinguisher This 2/4- hour class will provide participants with the skills required to use a portable extinguisher in controlling workplace fires in the beginning stages. Number of hours depends on number of people in attendance. None OSHA Standard on Portable Fire Extinguishers, (29 CFR 1910.157) Any employee who would use a portable extinguisher to put the fire out.
Fire Fire Extinguisher Refresher This course will provide participants with the skills required to use a protable fire extinguisher in controlling workplace fires in the beginning stages. A propane-fueled fire simulator will be used to provide participants with practice in extinguishing live fires Initial training in fire extinguishers use * OSHA Standard on Portable Fire Extinguishers * OSHA Standard on Employee Emergency Plans and Fire Prevention Plans Any employee who might be the first to discover a fire in its intial stages and would use a portable extinguisher to put the fire out
Fire Incipient Fire Fighting This 24-hour class will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to control incipient fires using portable extinguishers and low volume hose lines. During the program, participants will extinguish several live fires using a propane fire simulator. None OSHA Standard on Industrial Fire Brigades, (29 CFR 1910.156) Emergency Response Team members, fire protection officers, security guards, and security supervisors.
Fire Incipient Fire Refresher This 8-hour program provides a refresher to the 24-hour Incipient Fire class. During the program, participants will extinguish several live fires. 24-hour Incipient Fire OSHA Standard on Industrial Fire Brigades, (29 CFR 1910.156) Emergency Response Team members, fire protection officers, security guards, and security supervisors
Fire Inspection and Testing of Sprinklers Systems The primary focus of this 24-hour program is the skills required to inspect and test water-based fire protection systems. In hands-on workshops, participants will learn how to conduct inspections and tests of the water distribution system. Participants will also learn about the specialty fire protection systems at their facility. None NFPA 25, Standard on Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Systems Fire protection officers, security guards, security supervisors, and safety engineers
Fire Pathfinder In this 16-hour program, participants will learn how to assist outside response agencies who are responding to emergencies at the facility. Program content includes company emergency procedures, critical information to provide responding agencies, personal protective equipment required and hazard recognition. * Incident Command * Incipient Fire * Hazmat Operations * SCBA * Air Monitoring * First Aid/CPR * Confined Space Rescue OSHA Standard on Industrial Fire Brigades, (29 CFR 1910.156) Members of the Emergency Response Team who are responsible for directing and assisting outside response agencies.
